Coming Soon! Level S PREP & RENEWAL Course – WSBC Level S – Asbestos Surveyor & Sampler – Renewal Course & Exam
If your WSBC Level S certificate expires, you will not be able to do asbestos sampling & surveying work until you renew. You can renew by retaking and passing the appropriate exam through Antiquity without needing to retake a training program. Students are allowed 2 attempts and re-writing their Level S WSBC Certification exam.
Prerequisite: Level S WSBC CertificateÂ
This 4 Hour Online Prep & Review course is not required, but It was designed to help students review and prepare to successfully achieve re-newal of their valid WSBC Level S Abatement certificate (valid for 3 years). Students may attempt to re-write the WSBC exam 2 times.
Level S WSBC Certificate Renewal – 1 Day Online Review and WSBC Level S Exam Online
Prerequisite: Level S WSBC CertificateÂ
This 1 Day Online Review &Â WSBC Level S Exam is required to achieve a valid renewed WSBC Level S Abatement certificate (valid for 3 years).
Plan ahead to renew your certificate before it expires.
If there have been changes in the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation or asbestos safe work practices since you first received your certificate, some additional training may also be required.
If more than 12 months have passed since your certificate expired, you must retake the full training program and pass the appropriate exam to be recertified.
The Highlights of the course are:
- Review of Antiquity Environmental Consulting Ltd’s Level S Course
- Review of basic and best practices for conducting Hazardous Materials Building Inspections
- Discussion of any new and existing Building Inspection WorkSafeBC regulations or guidelines
- Update on new industry developments, techniques, or inspection practices

Continuing Professional Development Credits: 4.0 CPD (Informal) hours by BC Housing Licensed Builder Program
